FAQ:Q: Why haven't I received my emailed design order?A: For email design orders, I email the designs with in 24 hours of cleared payment unless otherwise stated. If you haven't received your order then chances are the email was sent to your spam and/or bulk email folder by your email server, because it thought it was spam. To insure delivery of your email order please add jeanie@jeaniescraftcorner.com to your online email address book. Also, it is important to insure that there is room for the design files in your email inbox. If your inbox is too full this can cause the design delivery to be rejected. Q: Why can't I view the design file once I have opened it in my software?A: Because there are so many different embroidery software programs available there are occasionally bound to be small glitches . Most software companies work very hard to insure their embroidery file formats will be accepted in other software packages. The following are some fixable software conflicts that have been encountered. Palette Users:Some users of
Palette have been unable to "view" the PES design files in the Design Database.
Please try to follow these instructions using the original PES files on the disc
(or emailed files saved location):

From Layout & Editing
choose File from the toolbar ·
Then choose Import
File and select the design file from design CD or emailed file saved location. ·
The design will appear in your
screen. ·
From the toolbar choose
Save As and save the design file to your chosen location on your pc. Do this
for each design file. (One at a time) ·
You can now open the Designs
from your Design Database to save multiple files to your card. If
after trying the above instructions you still can't get the files to work I can
re-save the files through another program to make them viewable in
the Palette software. This process sometimes
combines some of the colors in the design causing the Color Changes to be altered from the
Stitch Charts and change the outcome of the design. I
am expecting an update to my digitizing software that should eliminate the issue all
together but until that time the above method is preferred. *Other software conflicts experienced are with Designer's Gallery Studio with the PES file type. The solution for this is to try another file type or I can resave the PES files with a different software program to fix the "viewing" glitch but again this process can change the design. No matter what the problem, I am sure we can find a solution so please don't hesitate to email me.
